hackingWordPress: hackingWordPress is one of two new blogs I'll be managing. Rather than continuing to post about blogging and WordPress here I'll be continuing all of my WordPress related posting over on hackingWordPress.com! The basic goal of this new blog is to introduce new WordPress users to the basics of installing, customizing and maintaining a WordPress blog. It covers basic tips on the WordPress platform and also offers tutorials on PHP, CSS, JavaScript and WordPress Template tags.
If you've read any of my posts on WordPress or blogging you can expect to see similar content turning up on hackingWordPress!
worGamer: As part of the move to separate some of the more popular content I've also started a gaming blog which I'm calling worGamer. On worGamer I'll be offering up some video game reviews as well as tracking upcoming games that look interesting. Besides overing the basic consoles I'll also be talking about GameTap and PC games as well as anything else that sneaks in.
If either of these sites sound interesting be sure to check them out!

For those of you who missed it, GameStop (aka EBGameStop) is having a major sale this weekend. With between 25% - 50% off many older titles and hardware there's plenty of good stuff to be had.
While there I noticed several decent PS2 games for under $15 as well as a few XBox360 games for around $20.
The big deal though is the Nyko 360 Powerkit pictured above. Usually retailing for between $29.99 it's currently up for the deep discount of just $9.99. Now would be a great time to grab a rechargeable powerpack for your controllers if you don't already have one.
All I can say is wow ... I love Guitar Hero 2 but am no where near as good as this 8 year old kid. Check the video (available after the jump). Read the Rest of this post
While I haven't finished God of War, and haven't even picked up God of War II yet, I'm very excited for the God of War title headed to the PSP. The game, subtitled Chains of Olympus, looks like a pretty solid PSP interpretation of the original title. I think it's pretty much safe to say that the game will certainly be a hit and may even be a pretty decent boost the often overlooked PSP.
I have to be honest - despite many recent PSP game sales I've had a hard time picking mine back up. God of War would certainly be one title to grab my attention. If you're interested in checking out the trailer for God of War: Chains of Olympus you can see it below. Read the Rest of this post
