No tagging for Netflix - how do you track your Queue?

I am a HUGE Netflix fan.
For close to six year's I've been a subscriber and the only regret I've ever had was my brief hiatus from the service. While I do vary my subscription type from time to time, having movies shipped straight to my door is a tremendously fun and convenient thing.
Generally I have close to 20 or 30 items in my queue which can be a bit daunting. I frequently find myself wondering why I put certain items on my list. Last week while watching AFI's 100 Years 100 Movies special I found myself adding tons of films and suddenly wishing I had some method of tagging everything.
So ... I pose to you - how do you track your Netflix queue?

When I had a Netflix queue, I would manage it manually. That meant a lot of scrolling up and down and moving discs around with the meager tools provided. There are some Greasemonkey scripts out there that will allow you a greater degree of control as far as rearranging the Queue, but I don’t know if any of them provide tagging support.
If I were to return to a service like that for DVD delivery, I’d probably go to Blockbuster so I could turn around videos more quickly. With Netflix I used to rent a lot of TV shows on DVD, and its really easy to watch a DVDs worth of episodes of a show over the course of two evenings. Had there been a place I could physically drop them off when I was with Netflix, I probably would’ve gone through my queue a lot faster, especially if I only wanted to watch a portion of a DVD I received.
