The Perils of Tracking Two Blogs

I've been working hard for the last few days on getting my new site up and running. My goal right now is to start pushing as much content on the site as I can while still maintaining a significant level of quality.

With only about ten posts currently in inventory I decided against displaying any AdSense ads on the site - for now.  I've managed to place a few Amazon affiliate banners on the site and a few text links throughout the content.  By the weekend I hope to be up to about twenty posts and at that point will start considering the site launched.

Launching a second site can be a very interesting endeavor. Having learned a lot running Bill2me dot Com for so long I'm always thinking about what can be done better - it's fun to get a chance to put some of my "if only's" into practice.

Do you have a list of "If Only's" related to your site?  What would you do if you could start fresh?

Being new to adsense, I have a question. What is the rationale for not adding it to your site yet? What are the pros/cons?

I’m looking forward to your gaming blog. I actually considered making one but I don’t think I can handle 2 blogs right now. My whole family is composed of gamers - me, wife, 13 yr. old, 5, yr old, and the youngest at 2. Good luck.

My goal is to start posting gaming related stuff only on the other site while doing a bit more about web development and random stuff here.

Right now I’m just trying to find a decent balance. This weekend I’ll be writing a series of posts for this site (which will be published over the course of the week) but along the way I’ll also be posting regular news and updates to the other site.
