This is really kind of an aside but I thought I'd include it just in case.

Awhile back I had an issue with a few sites that "scraped" content from here and re-published it claiming to be the original author. Because this site is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 2.5 License (yeah it's a mouthful) my work was protected and the offending feed scraper kindly backed down.

Today I decided to check the link for my Creative Commons license (which is found at the bottom of the sidebar) and discovered that it was no longer valid. Long story short I've updated it accordingly. I mention this mostly just to remind folks to be sure to go out and grab a CC license if they haven't already.

Creative Commons licenses are free, easy to setup, and very helpful in the long run. If you regularly publish audio, video, pictures or even just text it's nice to have a safety net on which to rely. If you're unsure where to start there's plenty of great info on their site.

Let me also say that I HIGHLY recommend going with a non-commercial license! This prevents people from re-publishing your works for profit elsewhere. You can read a decent explanation of why here.
